Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.

Processing time

Orders are processed and leave our warehouse within [1 to 3] business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time and cost

After your order ships, delivery usually takes [7 to 15] business days. The estimated delivery dates for your order are shown on the product page and in your confirmation email. Standard shipping is free on every order.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays

If we cannot ship your order within the time we stated, we will email you with a new estimated date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us within 14 days. We will work with the carrier to find it, and if it cannot be found, we will send a replacement or a refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it as long as the order has not shipped.
