If Restwave isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the price you paid. Please send it back with everything it came with.
How to start a return
- Email waverest4u@proton.me with your order number. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
- Pack it securely and ship it with tracking. Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
- Once we receive it, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.
Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including any shipping.
Bundles
You can return one item from a 2-pack. Your refund is the amount you paid minus the single-item price for the one you keep.
Cancellations
You can cancel any order that has not shipped yet for a full refund. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
